Le Biot is a quiet mountain village situated in the heart of the Portes du Soleil - the largest interconnected ski area in the world. The village is 15 minutes from the sophisticated market town of Morzine and only 60km from Geneva airport.
The village itself has a bakery, a tabac, a ski hire shop and two restaurants. |

The chalet nestles on the south side of the La Baume valley with stunning moutain views across to the peaks of Point du Paradis and Point du Buirt.
The chalet has been tastefully furnished accommodating up to 12 people comfortably. The lounge/diner has 3 sofas, 3 armchairs, satellite TV & DVD, and a large dining table and chairs. The lounge/diner are connected to wrap around bacony by french doors.
There are 4 double bedrooms - one of which has a sofa bed and 2 twin bedrooms. The two south facing double bedrooms have balconies with stunning views over the valley.
There are 2 bathrooms one with shower and the other with bath and one seperate wc. A hairdryer is provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, fridge, oven, dishwasher and toaster. There is a utility area in the basement for drying wet clothes and boots, this also houses the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The sun terrace comes fully equipped with outdoor furniture and a barbeque.
The chalet has under floor heating, separate room heaters and an extremely efficient wood burning stove.

The chalet is minutes away from smaller ski resorts of St Jean d'Aulps and Drouzin ideal for the novice skier. There are also an abundance of larger resorts nearby for intermediate and advanced skiers - Morzine, Let Gets, Abondance, Avoriaz to name just a few.
Activities for the warmer summer months - the area is renowned for its world class mountain biking and cycling routes, extensive hiking trails, white water rafting, golf courses, tennis and fishing.
