The apartment has been rebuilt over 2004/2005 and is a really splendid blend of modern facilities combined with a beutifull setting and layout.
On the entrance level there is a family bedroom with double bed and bunk beds next to this is a bathroom and toilet (washing machine also in bathroom).
A modern well equiped kitchen and dining area with mobile workstation provides exellent efficient food preparation/dining facilties.
The lounge area has two settees and two armchairs, satellite TV, DVD etc and french windows open out onto a large balcony area with a courtyard garden leading off the balcony.
Garden furniture and BBQ for outdoorliving.
The lounge has full height right up to the roof with a gallery overlooking and opposite the gallwerry enormous picture windows give a splendid view out over the valley.
Two bedrooms lead off the gallery one having a double bed and the other two singles, both rooms have a toilet/shower wetroom and a vanity unit in the bedroom.
The pools can be seen from the balcony and you also have views down over the lawns to the wildflower meadow. |

The aprtment is well equiped with all modern appliances travel cots and high chair. Duvets and pillows etc.
Satellite tv etc.Swimming pools one being a baby/learnong pool with a slope/solar panel leading into the main pool all safely fenced to prevent toddler access.
The apartment also has exellent insulation and underfloor heating from the wood burner that should make it ideal for out of season visits and special rates are available for couples. |

The farmhouse and the apartment are ideal to be let together for larger parties as they face each other accross the pool.
The farmhouse has large catering facilities so that cooking and dining are possible for all the pary in the one place. |

activities: |
If you are able to drag yourself away from the peace and quite of the valley there is much to interest all tastes.
Vast sandy beaches are about half an hour away usually very few people on them, four golf courses are within easy reach, exellent fishing nearby and horse riding is also avaiable.
One of the largest street markets in Normandy is held each wednesday in St Hilaire du Harcouet and many other interesting places to visit include the spectacular Mont St Michel, St Malo, Fougere, Granville, Domfront and the D day beaches all within easy access.Golf in France is a rare pleasure with few people on the courses you are able to really take your time and enjoy the scenery unlike the pressures on english courses. Fishing in the area is also exellent with many choices you can even try for the trout at the botom of the field. St Malo is always interesting in the old walled city or a boat trip up the river Rance to medieval Dinan is truly memorable, so much to do and see or just relax by the pool the choice is yours. Eating out in the area is also a real experience with many exellent, reasonably priced restaurants accessable, one being only ten minutes up the road at Le Teilleul. |
