La Roche des Mouillas is located in the heart of France in the region Bourgogne, departement the Niévre. The Bourgogne is wel known for its delicious wines, gourmet food and beautilful natur.
The house is located in the Niévre in the National Park "Morvan". The closest vilage [7 km.] is Saint Honore les Bains here you will find a bakery, boucher, supermarket, swimming pool, tennis-courses, casino, cure bath, horse riding, etc.
In the house you will find all kind of information and brochures concerning activities, sight-seeings, curiosity, etc to explore the region.
The house is suitable for a family of maximum 6 persons. There are a spacious and luminous living-room, a kitchen, a bath/shower-room and a big sleeping-room. The house is heated by electric convectors and a fire place in the living-room. In the garden of 2500 m2 you will find different terasses/siting corners, a covered patio with barbecue, a hammock and a swing for the children.
In the living-room there are a dining-table, a sofa and chairs, a fire-place, television, video and stereo. In the big closet you'll find books, toys, games and brochures.
The kitchen is well equipped. There are a frige [with a little freezer], a micro-wave, a cooker with 4 burners and a oven, a dishwasher, a coffee-machine and a store-cupboard.
The bathroom is eguipped with a washhing-stand, bath, shower, toilet and bidet. Also here you will find a washing machine and dryer.
In the bed-room are 2 stock-beds and a big double bed [all together 6 sleeping places] and a linnen cupboard.
