This picturesque, stone country cottage is set in the small tranquil hamlet of Rigolvan, in the heart of Brittany. Surrounded by gently rolling countryside the south facing property has been tastefully restored by the British owners and is furnished with antique original pine furniture. The living room is tasteful and comfortable with a woodburning stove and central heating. The gite has beamed ceilings throughout. Outdoor dining can be enjoyed on the sheltered terrace to the side of the property and fishing is available by the river closeby to the house. There are many cycling tracks around the village, ideal for exploring the countryside, and only four kilometres away is Bosmealeac lake for swimming and hiring canoes. The historical and medieval town of Montcontour is well worth a visit and further afield the north Brittany coast offers beaches, water sports and fishing ports.
