A delightful gite attached to the English owners home. Set in tranquil countryside with two neighbours. Fully equipped kitchen, and all amenities. T.V. with free channels, DVD, CD radio. All linen and towels are included, not beach towels. |

Stone built Gite attached to owners property. Paved area at front with seating and barbecue. Kitchen is fully equipped with full size cooker and washing machine, F/freezer, microwave. Hot water in kitchen. Living/dining area is off the kitchen and includes the stairway to the mezzanine bedrooms. We have free Sky channels, DVD player, CD radio. The living room is furnished with french furniture and contains a double bed settee. The dining area has a tiled top table and four chairs. We provide a cot and a high chair at no extra cost. There is a large log burner in the living/dining area. The first basket of logs is free and each extra basket is 5 euro. Up the stairs to the first mezzanine bedroom and shower room. There is a double bed with wadrobe and bedside cabinets. Leading from here is a single gallery bedroom with shelf space and drawer unit. One extra single if required. |

We have a outdoor swimming pool in the backgarden, shared with the owners. There is a large playing field to the side of this with childrens play area, outdoor table tennis, badminton, childs basketball net. All equipment is provided. Next to the gite is a games room. Here you will find a pool table, table football and a dart board, all equipment supplied. |

The nearest town is 3 miles at Corlay. Here you will find all amenities, bank, shops, chemist, information bureau, post office, bars and restaurants. |

You dont have to travel too far for sand and swimming. We have two lakes with man made beaches and swimming. Lac de Guerledan is the largest apporx 12 miles away, here you can swim, sunbathe,hire kayaks & canoes or a pedelo.
You can take a paddleboat ride or just sit at the bars and have food and drink. Lac de Bosmeleac is is approx 8 miles away, this is smaller but offers the same facilities and you can have a meal on the sheltered terrace and look out over the lakes. In both lakes you can buy a permit that allows you to fish. In Corlay at the lake by the Musse de Cheval you can also fish for 4 euro per day and take 5 trout.The beaches of the north coast are within 45 mins and the south coast is 1 1/2 hours away. Carnac and Lorient to the south are holiday resorts with Scuba diving, shops and beach front activities for the children. |
