The kitchen/breakfast room is large and fully fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There is a table seating 6, 2 armchairs and a woodburner.

The lounge is also very large and comfortable with a huge corner suite for 8 plus a settee for 2-3. There is a fireplace with a woodburner. A large television with video player and satelite channels in French, Italian and English.

Off the lounge is the garden room with 2 lounge chairs and a beautiful view over the gardens and pool area. Off this is a twin bedroom with 2 single beds, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Opposite is the downstairs toilet and shower room making it suitable for the elderly.

The dining room leads from the lounge and has a large farmhouse table for seating 8-12. It has a feature fireplace and patio doors out to the front. A door leads into the huge games room for children and adults. This has an adult size pool table, table football, electronic darts game, tots play tent, selection of games and childrens toys. There is a small bar area with optics. This is a magnificent room full of character with huge exposed beams and a feature fireplace. It also has a leather chesterfield sofa, chair and stool allowing people to watch the games being played.

From the dining room a staircase leads upto the 1st floor mezzanine which has a fantastic view over the games room. There is a double sofa bed for extra sleeping room if required. Down the corridor you come to a double bedroom and a twin room both with their own washbasins. There is also a bathroom at the end of the corridor with toilet, basin and bath.

The pool is available from May - Sept. It has steps leading down into it and gradually slopes to the deepest part. It is fully fenced and gated, only 12ft from the house. There are sunloungers, garden chairs, patio tables, parasols and a barbeque all available at no extra charge.

There are 2 double rooms, 1 en suite the other with a washbasin. 2 twin bedded rooms downstairs and 1 upstairs with a washbasin. There is a cot and a travel cot for babies.

1 Bathroom, 1 Shower room, 1 ensuite shower room, 1 Separate WC. There is a downstairs shower room and toilet, upstairs is a bathroom with bath, toilet and basin. Both upstairs bedrooms have their own washbasins. Kitchen: Cooker, Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron. The washing machine is in the downstairs shower room. There are 2 fridges in the kitchen. General: Real Fire, Central Heating, House Linen. Wood is available at a cost of £15 per week. There is electric heating and it is charged at 10 cents per unit but is included in the rental price from May 1st - Sept 3rd. Dining: Seating for 10. 2 dining tables for seating 6-12 persons in the separate dining room. Kitchen table seats 6. There is a high chair for young children. Entertainment: Terrestrial TV, Satellite TV, Video, Radio, CD System, Board Games. There is a large games room for adults and children. A Playstation 1 is available but please bring your own games. Avranches is only 15 mins drive and full of restaurants, cafes bars and very good shops including 5 large super/hypermrkets.

Mont St Michel is only 20 mins drive away and not to be missed. St Malo and Dinan are also only about 30 - 40 minutes drive.

The beaches both to the North and South of the Baie of Mont St Michel in Normandy and Brittany are only about 20 mins drive away.

Fougeres - a wonderful mediaeval town with a superb castle and gardens is just 10 mins drive.

St James town with the famous St James clothes Boutique is only 5km and the American WW2 cemetary is 10 mins.

The DDay beaches north of Caen and other cemetaries at Omaha can be reached in an hour.

There is a wonderful Zoo at Beauchamps 40 mins, and a Reptilarium 30 mins near Mont St Michel. Plus a host of other attractions for children and adults.

The whole area is a must for cyclists and walkers and full of wildlife. Bikes can be hired locallly.
