A traditional Breton cottage which is part of the ancient farm complex of Mescouel. It is situated in the Parc de Armorique near the village of Brasparts and is convenient for exploring this beautiful area of Brittany with its lakes forests and coastline. |

The cottage has a comfortable lounge which features an inglenook fireplace with a cosy wood burning stove. The original oak staircase maintains the traditional atmosphere to this very comfortable room.
There is a T.V with English channels and a DVD player. Adjacent to the lounge there is a kitchen diner which has a large gas cooker and is fully equipped with everything for your holiday catering. The dining table comfortably seats 6 people and will extend to seat 8.
The sleeping accomodation comprises a large double bedroom with a king size bed and ample fitted wardrobes. There is a comfortable twin bedroom with comfortable beds and good storage. The bathroom contains a full sized bath and a large shower cabinet.
All rooms have panel heaters and ample hot water is provided by the large capacity electric heater. |

To the front of the cottage is a large patio area which is shared with the adjacent gite and to the rear is a terrace garden with a dining area and a secluded sun bathing/relaxation garden.
All garden furniture is provided together with a B.B.Q. There is storage for bicycles, windsurfers,kyaks etc in the barn. |

The cottage can be rented together with the adjacent gite for larger parties at a discount subject to availability.We also offer a dual center holiday in conjunction with our mobile home which is situated on a premier Siblu site near the beautiful town of Pont Aven which is a 50 min drive from the cottage.[see 1515] A 10% deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to holiday. |

The area around Brasparts is very popular for walking and cycling with planned routes[randonnes] to suit every level of ability. Nearby is the Nantes Brest canal with its excellent access for canoeing and kayaking.
The glorious Breton coastline is about 30 mins drive or for a great day out the fabulous surf beaches of the Crozon Penninsular are about a 40 min drive. |
