The large detached family house is spacious and beautifully furnished with fully equipped kitchen incl appliances such as gas hob and oven, extractor fan, large fridge, large freezer, dishwasher, microwave, etc
The large typical open-plan dining room & lounge is spacious and comfortable. The dining area has seating for up to 8 persons & a large beautiful high board.
The cozy lounge has TV and video and a huge open fire with a wood-burning stove for those cool evenings, but the house is also fully central-heated. It also has a double sofa bed.
A large bathroom with bath & huge shower plus separate toilet is downstairs. The whole of the downstairs is tiled with a lovely patio area on a wooden platform with a sun canopy outside.
Upstairs are two bedrooms & a large gallery area with a double couch plus a patio leading onto a private grass area. The upstairs is fully carpeted and can sleep 6 and has room for a cot - while another two can sleep downstairs. |

The car park has ample room for one car per studio/cottage/apartment
The BBQ area is for all to use, but the family unit with its large patio can be used for your own BBQ's.
Electricity & heating is included in the rental rates.

This holiday home is ideal for families large or small who are looking for a home base rather than a holiday base.
A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking, the remaining balance is due 6 weeks before the holiday arrival date. Also a security deposit of a £50 cheque per family is required
Because it is a proper home, it is also rented out as long term accommodation for those looking to buy a house in Brittany, waiting to exchange contracts or waiting for their house to be renovated.
